Terwilligars Observe Golden Wedding Here
Amid a large group of friends and relatives, including both grandchildrenand great grandchildren, Mr. and Mrs. S.B. Terwilligar celebrated theirgolden wedding anniversary at the home of their son and daughter-in-law,Mr. and Mrs. Harry Terwilligar, Sunday. Mr. and Mrs S.B. Terwilligarwere married near Moorehead Iowa, November 5, 1882.
Among those present were a daughter, Mrs. Sarah Craig, of Walla Walla,and a granddaughter Miss [Mrs.] Irene Puett, of Bend. Mr. and Mrs.Terwilligar received many presents as well as a long distance telephonecall from friends in the East who expressed their regrets that thedistance did not permit them to attend the event.

Stephen B. Terwilligar Buried Here Friday
Funeral services were held Friday for Stephen B. Terwilligar, who died athis home here Thursday. Rev. B. Stanley Moore officiated.
Mr. Terwilligar was born in Canada where he lived for several years,later moving to Iowa where at the age of 25 he married Mina A. Clark. In1919 he moved to Ontario where he has spent the last 17 years of his life.
He is survived by his widow and three children, Sara Glenn of Ontario,Mrs. Adam Rose of Winnemucca, Nevada, and Harry C. Terwilligar [of]Bend, and five grandchildren and four great grandchildren.
