Eva Ruffin, age 80, went home to be with our Lord on Tuesday [Wednesday], April 28, 2021.
Eva was born in Fort Wayne, Indiana on November 28, 1940. Her favorite things were her relationship with Jesus Christ, family and friends. She was an active member of Wallace Memorial Baptist Church and the Angel’s Sunday School Class. Eva strived to help and encourage others and participated in various ministries throughout her life. Eva loved to quilt & sew, square dance, hike, travel and read. Eva adored her children and grandchildren and was truly a generous & loving soul who will be greatly missed by many.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Dale; parents, Paul & Lucille; her sister, Mary; and a nephew, Randy.
Eva is survived by her son and daughter-in-law, Robert & Carol; daughter and son-in-law, Michele & Wing; grandchildren, Alex & Kate; honorary grandchildren, John & Rachel; brother and sister-in-law, Doug & Barbara; niece, Robin; nephew, Russ; great-nephew, Charlie; great-niece, Jennie; long time bestie, Karen; and many special & dear friends.
There will be a graveside ceremony on Tuesday, May 4, 2021 at 11 am at Woodlawn Cemetery, 4500 Woodlawn Pike with Pastor Kent Williams officiating.
