"MRS. MURPHY DIES AT DAYTON -- RESIDED IN FORT WAYNE FOR THIRTY YEARS.She Was the Wife of Amos Murphy, a Well Known Painter -- The Remains WillBe Brought Here for Burial.
Mrs. Murphy, the wife of Amos Murphy and formerly a resident of FortWayne, died Wednesday at her home at Dayton, O. Mrs. Murphy for morethan thirty years lived in this city and she had many friends here. Herhusband was a well known painter. The family moved to Dayton about eightyears ago. Mrs. Murphy was sixty-one years of age.
The decedent is survived by her husband and six children. The latterare William B. Murphy, George H. Murphy, Mrs. Michael Yuther and Mrs.Mabel Sieler of Dayton; Mrs. A. L. Schroeder of Columbus, O., and Mrs.George Haskell, of Mason City, Iowa.
The remains will be brought to Fort Wayne for burial, arriving Saturdaymorning at 10:30 o'clock. The cortege will proceed directly toLindenwood cemetery, where short services will be held."
